Returns Made Simple

We want you to love your purchase. That's why we carefully select high-quality solar lighting products built to last. However, if your order isn't the right fit, we've made the return process as simple as possible.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and packing materials must be included.
• Product must be unused and in resalable condition.
• Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
• Outdoor Solar Outlet will cover all return shipping costs.

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product:

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Returns must be shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another trackable carrier.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Holiday and Christmas lighting after December 20 of the purchase year.
• Products with an active warranty replacement claim.
• Installed, modified, broken or damaged products.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered the fulfillment process.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

A flat $4.99 cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations.

How to Start a Return

Step 1

Email: Support@OutdoorSolarOutlet.Com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Step 2

Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.

Step 3

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and packing materials.

Step 4

Ship your return using the provided instructions.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and process your refund as quickly as possible.
