Returns Made Simple!

 

We flat out hate returning an item to a store, don't you?

First, we try and avoid this by only carrying the best solar lights we can get our hands on, but if for any reason the light doesn't fit your needs, returns are easy to make.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of product delivery. So you get a week to try the light out and ensure it fits your needs.

All returns must be in original product boxes, including all parts, packing materials and manuals. Products that have been damaged or modified by the customer may not be returned.

Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. 

Non-Defective returns will be subject to a 10% restock fee. Solar Christmas lights are non-returnable after December 20th for orders that calendar year.

Orders that have current active warranty claims are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Refund Policy

Within 24 hours of receipt of the package, if there are quality problems, please contact customer service to make a refund, the freight is paid by the seller.
2: Please make sure that the packaging and product are not damaged, if it does not affect the re-sale, you can contact customer service to get our return address, and return the goods within the specified time, the return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
3: The refund method can be selected: UPS.FEDEX.USPS, or the local postal service for docking refunds and returns.
5: If the product is not damaged or the package has not been opened, if the buyer does not want to buy or does not need it. You can contact customer service and process the return in any way, but the cost of the return is paid by the buyer.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

* any cancel order will be charged a cancellation fee at a flat rate of $4.99.

2. Expect a prompt reply with your authorization number.

3. Complete our simple return form and include it with your return. 

4. We'll handle the rest!
