Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Order Processing Time:1-3 (Work Day).
- Generally, orders are shipped within 2-4 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

We SHIPPING TO Canada/Mexico
We are proud to offer international shipping services for only $17.95. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
OutdoorSolarOutlet are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email Support@OutdoorSolarOutlet.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
If all items are purchased on the same day, we try our best to make sure they are all delivered at the same time. Products that are purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being delivered together.
Can I change my delivery address after the product has already been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is in route.
What do I need to do when I received a product that's different from what I ordered?
I didn't receive all the products I ordered. What should I do?
Please email us immediately with your order ID number and photos of the shipping label, the SKU model number on the back of the product box, and the product inside the box. Send all photos to Support@OutdoorSolarOutlet.com.
What If It Arrives Damaged or Missing?
DAMAGED
If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately at Support@OutdoorSolarOutlet.com with pictures of the damaged package and pictures of the damaged items. All damage reported beyond 14-day window does not get covered.
If no shipping insurance has been purchased, customer is liable for return shipping fees and will be sent a free replacement after claim has completed with FedEx
MISSING PRODUCT
Please check if your order has multiple parcels, and if all are delivered through UPS Tracking Tool. If all parcels are delivered and you are still missing an item, please contact us through our 24/7 live chat, contact form or email us at Support@OutdoorSolarOutlet.com for support.
About Tax
In rare cases, orders may be charged customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.
