Troubleshooting

1.If the whole tree don't light up

Firstly please check if the components have been connected normally. Including the plug cord has been connected properly to the solar panels in right position of male and female connection.

Secondly, please check if the solar panel is working properly. Turn on the switch on the solar panel in the dark and check if the output light is on. If it doesn't light up, you can try charging the solar panel by placing it in sunlight. Wait uantil it is full before repeating this operation to check. If the output light is on but the tree light is not, please follow step 4.

2.If one or more of the branches don't light up

Please check each bulb on the unlit branch has been well welded by touching slightly, or bending the branch slightly. If it doesn't work, please follow step 4.

3.If the remote control does not work properly

Firstly please reinstall the battery to ensure it is installed correctly. Ensure that the remote control range is within 3-5m from the solar panels, and aim the solar panels during remote control. If it doesn't work, please follow step 4.

4.Any problem not mentioned above or unsolved
