Designed for many standard residential and commercial flagpoles, this kit includes a 3” gold ball topper, 50 ft halyard rope, aluminum pulley truck, 6” cleat, and four swivel snap hooks.

Heavy-Duty Flagpole Pulley Truck

The stationary cap-style pulley truck is constructed from durable cast aluminum and is designed to fit flagpole tubes with an outside diameter of up to 2 inches.

The truck mounts securely to the top of the flagpole using three fastening screws and provides smooth operation for raising and lowering your flag.

Premium 3” Gold Ball Topper

Give your flagpole a clean, finished appearance with the included 3-inch gold aluminum ball ornament.

The anodized aluminum finish provides an attractive polished appearance while helping resist corrosion and outdoor weather exposure.

• Designed to screw directly into the included pulley truck

If you’re using a compatible flagpole light, the threaded rod can pass through the center opening of the light before connecting to the pulley truck.

50 FT Heavy-Duty Flagpole Halyard Rope

The included halyard is made from solid braided polyester designed for outdoor flagpole applications.

Polyester construction provides excellent resistance to UV exposure and abrasion while maintaining reliable performance outdoors.

Halyard Specifications:

• 50 ft length
• 1/4” diameter
• Solid braided polyester
• UV resistant
• Abrasion resistant
• Recommended for many flagpoles up to approximately 25 ft

4 Swivel Snap Hooks

Four nickel-plated swivel snap hooks are included for securely attaching your flag to the halyard.

The swivel design allows the clips to rotate, helping reduce twisting and tangling as the flag moves in the wind.

6” Flagpole Cleat

The included heavy-duty cleat provides a convenient place to secure your halyard after raising or lowering the flag.

Wrap the rope around the cleat in a traditional figure-eight pattern to keep the halyard organized and securely positioned.

Easy Installation

1. Install the Gold Ball & Pulley Truck

Thread the gold ball spindle into the top of the pulley truck and tighten securely.

If you’re installing a compatible flagpole light, pass the threaded rod through the center opening of the light before attaching it to the pulley truck.

Position the truck on top of the flagpole and secure it using the mounting screws.

2. Attach the Snap Hooks

Create a small loop in the halyard rope and push it through the eyelet of the swivel snap hook.

Pass the loop over the end of the snap hook and pull the halyard tight until the clip sits securely in position.

3. Install the Halyard

Feed the halyard rope through the pulley at the top of the flagpole.

Bring both ends down the pole and secure the rope around the included cleat using a figure-eight pattern.

Attach your flag to the swivel snap hooks, raise it into position, and secure the remaining halyard around the cleat.

Important Compatibility Information

The included pulley truck is designed for flagpole tubes with an outside diameter of up to 2 inches. The included 50 ft halyard is suitable for many flagpoles up to approximately 25 ft tall.

Please measure the outside diameter of the top section of your flagpole before ordering to ensure proper fit.
