Add convenient motion-activated illumination around your home with the LumenXUSA 100 LED Solar Motion Sensor Security Lights. This complete 4-pack provides wire-free outdoor lighting for garages, entrances, fences, yards, patios, walkways and other areas where nighttime visibility is needed.
Each fixture uses an integrated solar panel to collect sunlight during the day. At night, the built-in PIR motion sensor can detect movement up to approximately 16 feet away across a 125° sensing angle and automatically activates the light.
No electrical wiring or outdoor outlet is required, making these compact solar wall lights an easy way to add motion security lighting around residential and light-commercial properties.
The integrated solar panel converts sunlight into stored energy during the day so the lights can operate at night without conventional electrical wiring or normal grid electricity.
The built-in light sensor is designed to keep the fixture off during normal daylight operation.
At night, motion detection activates the light when movement is sensed, helping conserve stored solar energy compared with a light that operates continuously at full brightness.
The PIR sensor provides a wide detection field for doorways, walkways, yards and other outdoor areas.
After movement is detected at night, the light remains illuminated for approximately 30 seconds.
Daylight sensing helps prevent unnecessary daytime illumination while allowing motion activation after dark.
Each solar security light mounts directly to a suitable exterior surface using the included screws and expansion anchors.
For best performance, give the solar panel several hours of strong, unobstructed sunlight each day.
Cloudy weather, winter conditions, heavy shade and shorter daylight hours can increase charging time and reduce nighttime performance.
Correct placement is important for both solar charging and motion detection.
Install the solar panel where it can receive direct daytime sunlight.
Trees, eaves, rooflines and window ledges can reduce solar charging.
Avoid placing large obstacles directly in front of the motion sensor.
Do not install the fixture directly beneath a bright street light or other strong nighttime light source if it prevents the built-in light sensor from recognizing darkness.
With four individual fixtures in the package, you can protect multiple locations around the property.
